INTRODUCTION
Project management consist important role in the business to facilitate and organise different aspects in the business. Present report based on the QA higher education to implement new functions and operations in the computing labs in campus areas. In the campus of Birmingham, it helps to provide systematic study program for business development and outcomes as well. In this context, present report covers project initiation document in which budget information defines and framing risk register as well. Furthermore, Work Break Down Structure determines that assists to make effective functioning in the business environment.

Project Initiation document
Initiation Documentation help to create systematic plan in the project that assists to manager to implement diverse range of activities. In this way, appropriate activities frame with involve different aspects in the campus for development of the project. In this regard, it is important to look towards the individual involvement so that budget will be prepare in proper manner (Lee, Reinicke and Anderson, 2015). It helps and support to define proper things and activities in different aspects of QAHE. In this regard, following information required in the project for development of the campus results:
- Budgetary information: In order to define budgetary information, project consider important role in the business. In this way, estimation helps to implement proper activities to get better work and make systematic results. In respect to implement QAHE there is around £625000 needed for consider different tools such as laptop, computers, manpower, furniture, etc. In this consideration, following aspect develop in the project with budgetary information:

- Time-scale: In this way, it can be stated that there are several numbers of days implemented to finish the whole project. On the basis of time, objectives will be completed to lead with the better functions and operations. The present project started on 1st February 2018 and completed on 19th July 2018. There are total 121 days taken to implement this project.
- Objectives: Objectives are must important consideration to implement any project. Therefore, it considers tasks and activities which completed on time. Further, blueprint of the project also made in this aspect to get better results at workplace (Pinto, 2014). Main objectives of this project implementation are as follows:
- To increase students satisfaction level regarding studying.
- To refurbishment in classroom for increasing knowledge
- Approaches: In the present project, latest and modify technology requires target more people and better education system as well (VukomanoviÃâ¡, Young and Huynink, 2016). Approaches also helps to facilitate requirement of the student with implement Prince 2 approach.
- Key staff and stakeholder analysis: Key staff are major consideration that assists to make effective functioning in the environment. In this way, managers of the company need to combine staff and stakeholder to work in the project.
QAHE wants to implement project with refurbishment in class room so that teaching process consider successful results and smooth functioning as well. It helps to gain better associated results. With the help of the Initiation documentation, appropriate date and time consider complete the whole project. Therefore, it is important to look towards the things that are managed properly. Along with this, stakeholder analysis lead to make interpretation that assists to make systematic work performance in the business environment (Martens and Carvalho, 2017).

Risk and uncertainty is also important part of each project so that it help to implement activities properly. In this way, needs require understanding properly so that it will concentrate on the major risk which consider proper changes to gain better information and results. In this documentation, all major areas of risk consider solve issues and problems with suitable strategies (Shtub and Rosenwein, 2018). In addition to this, it includes major aspects of the factors to identify QAHE better work and mitigate with the contingency program as well. All these aspects need to implemented by project manager with appropriate tools and techniques to make better work and lead with innovation as well.
